Sorry, Buddha. But I just don't agree.
The whole secret of existence is to have fear. The fear of the Lord, that is. "Only the moment you reject all help are you freed." No way. "My help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth." (Psalm 121:2)
Had Buddha not said "all help," and possibly replaced it with something else, I might agree. In my view, when one speaks of freedom, that person is dealing with a "hot potato." RD
